Welcome to Talking Cards. By accessing our mobile application, website, or services provided by Lambano Ventures Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Account Registration & Conduct
- You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your credentials.
- You agree not to use the multiplayer chat, voice recording, or custom card features to harass, abuse, or transmit unlawful, hateful, or explicit content.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or receive unresolved abuse reports.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
- Tiers: We offer Free, Catalyst ($4.99/mo), and DeepDive ($9.99/mo) access levels.
- Billing: Payments processed via Google Play Billing or Flutterwave are billed in advance on a recurring or 30-day term basis.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account or web settings. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Session Data & Audio Notes
Active session cards, text responses, and uploaded voice notes are designed for live conversation and automatically purge from our servers 2 hours after a session closes to maintain user privacy.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Therapy and Introspection decks are designed purely for personal reflection and social connection and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.
